Everything on this topper works 100%, all it needs is a 4 flourescent background bulb. Thsi topper will sure to be the highlight of your game room. This is an authentic collectible remvoed from a legitimate casino. HTis topper has been tested & the chaser lights & back light work. The chaser lights have about 8 different lighting with all toppers i sell, they are used & have some minor scuffs & scratches. some are in better condition than others but for the most part all are in excellent condition.
